Can you imagine a Judge who refuses to sentence a convicted sex offender? The convicted sex offender is Richard Crawford, who was convicted of 390 counts of sexual abuse, for 5 years of abuse to a young girl who finally got the courage to speak up. Now the Judge says he is not sure that this sex offender is a sexually violent predator. Never mind that the jury convicted him, the state offender association board said he was, or that a little girl had the courage to tell her story of what he did to her. This predator is also not in jail, even though he was convicted 3 months ago. Read about it here: Please!
