David Allen Tuck: Got what he deserved.

This week in a Texas courtroom, David Allen Tuck was convicted of the heinous aggravated sexual assault of a minor, a 17 year old Hispanic teen. The attack was extremely violent and brutal, committed with another teen, Keith Robert Turner (who goes to trial in December, I believe). They were all at a party, drinking and using drugs. These two teens sodomized the Hispanice youth with a perforated pipe while shouting racial statements about "white power" and then pouring bleach all over his body. The boy almost died from his injuries, but miraculously cannot remember anything about the attack. He has had numberous surgeries and will still need more. I cannot imagine what he has been through but can only hope that he will be able to movie on with his life. From everything I have read, his family, friends, fellow classmates and community are supporting him and trying to help him. It truly saddens me that anyone has to go through something like this. Unfortunately, this victim was not David Allen Tuck's first victim, as he has been in trouble (and convicted at least once) or other assaults, which I believe were all racially motivated also. In my opinion, the life sentence that David Allen Tuck received is what he deserved. He will not be eligible for parole for at least 30 years, but I am sure by then that he may have received more punishment in prison. Maybe even a taste of what the victim had to go through. I am sure there are some to look up to him, in some strange twisted way, but all he is just a punk sociopath and deserves to spend the rest of his life locked up, so that he may never hurt another member of his community (or any other for that matter)
