By now almost everyone in the world has heard that Anna Nicole Smith has died. Sudden and shocking really, however, not really. She has seemed (at least to me) to be quite depressed since her son died, like she had no will to live. Even through all of that, she was larger than life. Sometimes things seemed so crazy in her life. But she was a vibrant, beautiful woman. Unfortunately, most of her life was in the limelight for all to see. You hear all these jokes about her marrying an "older" wealthy man, her weight, etc. But how many look at the good things in her life? She loved being a mother. It brought her great joy. And she did indeed lose a great deal of weight, making her an inspiration to many. Her life may not have been ideal for all, but who are we to judge her? After all, her children loved her, and from all appearances, she had a happy marriage with Marshall, albeit very short.No matter your opinion of her, she was still a human being, a woman, a person. I hope she has found peace now.
